CITY OF CORAL GABLES will manage the build out

Our beautiful expansion will increase our capacity and feature:

a new large MODERN LOBBY with a carefully curated café featuring beer, wine, and local food specialties and a stunning display wall
a 92-SEAT state-of-the-art auditorium and screen
The INTERIOR DESIGN will pay tribute to The City Beautiful and Miami
Public Restrooms and additional ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES will address critical demands
A re-envisioned store front at 240 Aragon will feature VISUALLY MERCHANDISED WINDOWS displaying late nineteenth through twentieth century cinema museum items - enhancing the cultural beautification of Aragon Avenue

SUMMER 2022 Grand Opening

The additional space will increase our annual attendance to 80,000 with an expected economic impact of $3 million.

Our existing community investment programs will have room to grow:

Sensory Friendly Screenings. This program serves people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families by providing a typical cinema experience in a safe and accepting environment.
Unwind. This program serves children whose families are incarcerated, homeless women and children, and youth who live below the federal poverty line by providing a relaxing day at the movies.
In Conversation. This program convenes leaders and experts in the arts and other industries to engage audiences in the discussion by contextualizing and expanding on a film's themes.
